Your Profile Score is one number out of 100. It is built from four checks, and each one adds points only once it has been verified. Here is exactly how it adds up.
Four Checks, 100 Points
| Check | Points | What it looks at |
|---|---|---|
| Track record | 40 | Your verified coding and data profiles: GitHub, LeetCode, Codeforces, Kaggle, HuggingFace, CodeChef, GeeksForGeeks, HackerRank |
| Education | 25 | Your college, confirmed from your documents, and your CGPA |
| Certifications | 20 | Certificates we could verify, weighted by who issued them |
| References | 15 | Up to two people who confirmed they worked with you |
Track Record — 40 Points
Connect the platforms where your work lives. Each one is checked to be yours, then scored on what it shows: real projects on GitHub, problems solved on LeetCode, your rating on Codeforces, your tier on Kaggle. Your strongest platform carries the most weight (up to 34 points), and each additional one adds a little more. One excellent profile beats five empty ones.
Education — 25 Points
College (up to 16)
Confirmed from your documents, then scored by institution tier.
CGPA (up to 9)
Read from your marksheet. A percentage is converted to the 10-point scale.
Certifications — 20 Points
Each verified certificate earns 3 to 5 points depending on the issuer. Four certificates from top issuers reach the full 20.
References — 15 Points
Your first confirmed reference earns 8 points and your second earns 7. A reference counts only after that person confirms they worked with you.
Fully verified
Your score shows how deep your verification goes. The Fully Verified badge is separate: it needs all four checks completed.
Why It Matters
Companies sort candidates by Profile Score, so a higher number puts you earlier in their shortlist. Every point stands for something that was actually checked, not a claim on a PDF.
